Mowing Schedule and Information

The lawn and landscaping services are provided by One Yard to Go.  Candi Robinson is our Landscape service contact person for One Yard to Go . Matt and Marcus Wyatt are brothers and they 

run the business. Marcus is our contact for service on site. 


One Yard to Go is available for multiple other services at a charge to the homeowner -- all you need to do is contact them directly. if you need further assistance, contact:

Residential Services Provided

Homeowner's yards are serviced on Thursdays. weather permitting.  Services include: 

 

  • Mowing Front Lawns
  • Mowing Back Lawns
  • Weed Eating 
  • Leaf Blowing


One Yard to Go will provide the services to all lots which have a home one-time per month during the months of January, February and December (three visits total), every other week during the months of March and November (four visits total) and weekly from 1 April to 31 October (31 visits total).  For lots only, OYTG will mow and edge once per month from March to November (nine visits total) each year.  OYTG will mow AROUND all patio furniture, decorative yard items, water hoses, electrical cords, and other items left in yards.  They will not move these items during the mowing service.


OYTG will provide two turf fertilizer applications per year. The spring fertilization will be applied the first week of March using Lesco Brand 25-2-5 fertilizer and the winter fertilization will be applied the last week of October using Lesco brand fertilizer 8-5-20.  During both the Spring and Winter fertilizations, weed control pre-emergent will be applied at the same time. Homeowners will be informed of the date and time of the fertilizer application to take necessary precautions for the safety of pets or small children.


Ant Mounds will be treated by OYTG as identified during mowing or by the home resident.


Homeowner Do's and Don'ts:


  • Keep their yards free of pet waste, toys, debris, rocks, limbs on Service Days
  • Maintain tree limbs to be 6-7’ from ground.

Common Area Services Provided

Meadows (including berms):


West end of Cibolo Run property line to the Cibolo Creek hiking Trail parking lot, extending east to property line and the meadow area behind East end of Cibolo Run to River Valley subdivision (to the north of Cibolo Trails) will be completely mowed once during the months of April, July and November. Additionally, the OYTG will clean up all berms and trim berm plants during winter months.


Greenbelts:


All areas between houses and behind houses on Cibolo Run from Battle Intense to CPS Road at East end of Cibolo Run to include the slopes to flat ground behind 30403 to 30422 will be mowed monthly March through November. Greenbelts include “v’s” at ends of cul-de-sacs.  Exception: Center greenbelt will be mowed twice monthly March through November half-way down. Greenbelt mowing is not required during Dec/Jan/Feb.


Battle Intense:


The grass areas outside the perimeter stone wall of Cibolo Trails to the “steps” behind 29903 Cibolo Run along Battle Intense Street will be mowed, edged and trimmed one-time per month during the months of December, January and February (three visits total), every other week during the months of March and November (five visits total) and weekly from 1 April to 31 October (30 visits total).


Front Entry:


Maintain the front planting area to Cibolo Trails to include trimming hedges when needed, cutting Lantana and Crepe Myrtles during the winter and applying mulch as needed to the planting beds.
