Your HOA Dues
As of January 1, 2025, dues are $310.00 per quarter, or $1240.00 per year. Dues are posted to your email account the first day of January, April, July and October and are due within 30 days. Any dues outstanding by the end of the billing month will incur a late fee of $31.00.
