Restrictions Committee
The Restrictions Committee (may also be recognized as the Architectural Review Authority) is responsible to review and approve or deny plans for the construction, placement, modification, alteration or remodeling of any improvements on a Lot.
All projects MUST have approval from the Restrictions Committee. The Cibolo Trails restrictions can be found on the HOA Documents page.
